During Dave’s school visit, Irish archaeology is animated for the children as they experience an engaging demonstration on domestic and military life during a given historical period as chosen by the school. Approximately 100 artefacts are displayed in the classroom turning the school into a veritable museum for the day!

A lifelong interest in our native trees, wild flowers, birds, minibeasts, and other animals and their habitats has led Catherine to experience the pleasure and wonder of the natural world and to consider these questions: What is biodiversity? Why is it important? Have we got it? How can we improve it around our school and locality?

Rachel specialises in delivering traditional/sean nós singing/storytelling, culture & heritage workshops for all ages in a creative way.

Shazia offers fun and interactive workshops exploring biodiversity – what it is, why it is important and how to protect it. Whether investigating the marine environment or life on your doorstep in woods and gardens, Shazia will bring nature to the classroom or even better get the children outdoors exploring their local biodiversity.

Kerry is a passionate forest school leader and nature therapy guide. She enjoys reconnecting children to the natural world through games, crafts and stories.

Ross has extensive experience running forest school and bushcraft sessions for primary school children. He delivers biodiversity lessons, Green-Schools initiatives, 'Get Active Week' activities, introducing children to foraging and woodland conservation and native tree planting. Ross brings natural history, nature connection, hands on play and exploration through forest school, foraging walks and natural crafts.

Karen offers a variety of creative, cross-curricular workshops, which use art to stimulate and engage children in learning about their natural environment and locality.
