Programme Officer Job Opening with Burrenbeo Trust

Landscape charity, Burrenbeo Trust, are seeking a suitable person to fill a post based in the Burrenbeo Trust offices in Kinvara, Co.Galway, for between 16-24 hours a week depending on skillset.   The Burrenbeo Trust is a non-profit organisation striving for the future sustainable management of the Burren region through conservation, education, information provision, advocacy and research.

Knockea National School - winner of free school visit!

Many thanks to Knockea National School for completing the evaluation form to provide feedback on their recent Heritage in Schools visit. Their evaluation form was randomly selected from all evaluations received for the year to date. Great to hear Melissa Shiel's visit went so well too - 'Melissa was fantastic. She was energetic, enthusiastic and shared a wealth of information with the students in Knockea National School.' Feedback is important to us and allows us to monitor the school's level of satisfaction both with the Scheme itself and with the Experts involved. The data collected will also allow us to identify and fill any gaps in the Scheme in terms of the geographic spread of visits and topics covered.
