Unwrap Ireland’s Heritage – Free Heritage in Schools visits this December!
The Heritage Council is delighted to offer FREE Heritage in Schools visits to primary schools from 1–5 December as a festive thank-you to schools who regularly engage with the scheme and support heritage education throughout the year.
This is our way of saying thank you for your ongoing commitment to bringing Ireland’s rich heritage to life for your students.
How to book:
1 .Visit the Heritage in Schools website www.heritageinschools.ie and browse our Heritage Specialists. Select your county from the drop-down menu and browse Specialists profile pages.
2. Contact the Heritage in Schools Specialist to arrange a date and then select ‘book a visit’ on that Specialist’s profile page.
3. You will receive an email with a reference number when your free visit is approved. The offer is limited to one free visit per school and will be allocated on a first come basis.
Visits must take place between 1st and 5th December and cannot be re-scheduled.
