Clogher Heritage Centre

Clogher Heritage Centre provides a range of wonderful heritage environments for visitors to enjoy. Let your class explore the traditionally-built thatch cottage, the cottage garden, a selection of vintage farm machinery, a purpose-built picnic area and a beautifully restored working forge.

The centre is also the starting point for the 8km Clogher Bog Walk which showcases the rich biodiversity of the bogland - a unique habitat for both common and rare protected species. There are also many archaeological features worth seeing along the walk, and in the locality, such as the Holy Well at Tobermacduagh and Drum Graveyard.

School visits to the centre with Heritage Expert, Brian Hoban can be arranged through the Heritage in Schools Scheme.
