During Dave’s school visit, Irish archaeology is animated for the children as they experience an engaging demonstration on domestic and military life during a given historical period as chosen by the school. Approximately 100 artefacts are displayed in the classroom turning the school into a veritable museum for the day!

As part of the themed virtual visits the children will get involved in practical, hands-on activities such as planning and designing an outdoor classroom as well as sowing seeds and growing potatoes.

Chris explores curriculum topics through story-telling, drama and creative writing for all class age groups.

Chris is a registered teacher with a specialization in educational drama and has designed and delivered a range of local history, intergenerational and environmental projects.

Traditional Songs For Children focusing on telling a story through writing new songs in the traditional style using existing airs and creating unique illustrated song books.

Rachel specialises in delivering traditional/sean nós singing/storytelling, culture & heritage workshops for all ages in a creative way.
