Jennie provides the children with practical information about the environment through the use of posters, literature and engaging discussions. Her outdoor activities help to cultivate an awareness and appreciation for nature by the children and help to highlight litter and waste issues. She introduces the children to native trees and their uses in fence making and other garden activities. Her workshops cover wild plants, herbs, flowers and vegetables and how to make compost. Jennie also brings the children on a guided field trip to a local area of environmental interest and can assist schools in any Green Flag initiatives. Jennie is an experienced organic gardener.
